We are delighted to welcome you to our hotel in the swiss Alps and wish you a lovely stay. Here you will find some information regarding the hotel and safety measures. The tourist office in Wengen will be able to give you ample information on excursions and hikes in the area.

If the plug of your electrical appliance does not fit, you can buy an adapter at the reception desk.

Synthetic pillows and blankets are available at the front desk. Should you require this, please place your order by 5pm at the latest.

It is possible to withdraw money from the ATM of the Berner Kantonalbank in the village main street of Wengen. There is also an ATM up at Kleine Scheidegg.

Our hotel has baby cots on offer for your baby. Please inform us prior to your arrival or on the day of your arrival before 5pm if you require one.

You may rent e-bikes or mountain bikes at our partner sport shop Central Sport on-line or at their shop in Wengen. 

Breakfast is served daily in our dining room on the ground floor.

Opening hours:

Summer season 07:15 until 09:30am

Winter season 07:30 until 09:30am

On request we are happy to serve a continental breakfast in your room (Supplement Sfr. 2.- per person)

Your room will be ready for your use after 4pm. May we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11am on the day of your departure.

We can store your luaggage until 18:00 o'clock.

In case you're leaving before 07:30 am, please settle your bill on the evening before. With pleasure we prepare for you a breakfast bag for your journey.

The rooms are cleaned daily between 08:30 and 15:00h.

Cooking in the rooms is forbidden.

Every evening our dining room offers a set 4-course meal with a vegetarian option for the main course.

  • Opening hours: Daily from 19:00 - last order at 20:00.
  • Table reservations at the reception or with our dining room team

If you need to see a doctor or a dentist please contact our reception desk (dial 19).

Every day, Hotel launder a great many towels – most of them unnecessary. This leads to enourmous quantities of detergent polluting our water systems. You too, can make your contribution to preserving our environment – by using your bath linen more than once. Please see details in your bathroom. Thank you !!!

At the hotel entrance you will find brochures for activities and excursions in the area, there is a map in your room with many hiking suggestions. Further and detailled information is available at the tourist office in Wengen.

In case of a fire alarm, you will find evacuation charts posted on the inside of your room door.

Please remain calm, listen to the instruction of the hotelstaff ! The meeting place is located in front of the hotel entrance.

In the village centre, you find different shops.

- the local grocery store with specialities made in Wengen (honey and cheese)

- the bakery with a selection of freshly made sandwiches, bread, cakes and localy produced chocolate

- the supermarket Coop

Most of the shops are open from 8am – 6pm.

A hairdryer is available in the room.

The train station in Wengen will sell tickets.

Hiking and ski passes are available at the reception desk (Same price).
